Since the launch of our classic aromatherapy Sleep Stones in 1999, we’ve been inundated with success stories of their working wonders with children! How To Use
Simply open the lid of the jar thirty minutes/one hour before bedtime allowing the soft lavender and chamomile to gently fill the room. If you wish, use this time to enjoy the Moonstones bedtime story and watch them drift off. Saying goodnight to your little one, pop the lid back on or place the jar safely out of reach and turn out the light, the power of aromatherapy having worked its magic.
 
How Long Does The Fragrance Last?
The stones come already infused with the beautiful blend of soft Lavender & Chamomile that will stay fragrant for up to 3 months. But don't worry, you can top-up the fragrance with our Sleep Stones refresher oil to keep the aroma levels at their most effective. Just add 1-2 capfuls every few weeks to maintain optimum aroma levels.
